Lately I'm seriously suffering from lack of sleep, my mind is going 20 to the dozen! Loooads of things on my mind and I just cannot relax. Then when it's time to wake up I've hardly had any or if any sleep and can't get out of bed for work grrrr! Going to bed earlier doesn't seem to work, I just get agitated, fiddly, sweaty and a manage to get a headache, yuck.
So my aim now is to try and find my zen... to relax more, get organised and feel comfortable doing the usual day to day stuff.
